Writing Assessment - Criterion C, D
1. Choose from one of the following topics and produce a 1 page, eye-catching Fact Sheet of 200-250 words. Include details and colourful images to support your ideas.
2. Use your own words.
3. Include a "Works Cited" page on a separate sheet.
4. Include the word "Fact Sheet" on your fact sheet;)
Topics: Child labour, domestic labour, slavery, forced labour, bonded labour, child marriages, trafficking. If you have an idea for Fact Sheet topic, please have it approved before beginning your work.
Example Topic and Fact Sheet: Domestic Work, What is domestic work? Who are domestic workers? What problems do domestic workers face? When is domestic work slavery? Migrant domestic workers. Child domestic workers.
Due Date: June 4, end of period 2 (printed version)

Thursday, May 28, period 2 - Research fact sheets and choose a design that you would like to use,
period 5 - Choose topic, Begin research on your topic,
Friday, May 29, period 3 - Continue research on your topic, write your text
Monday, June 1, period 4 - Put it all together (create Fact Sheet)
Thursday, June 4, period 2 - Final touches, print, submit;)
